Fall 2026 might be the strongest three-month stretch in Las Vegas entertainment history. The weather finally cooperates, the marquee names are out in force, and three of the city's biggest annual events — Halloween, NFR, and New Year's Eve — land back-to-back-to-back.

October: Metallica Changes Everything

Metallica: Life Burns Faster at the Sphere

This is the one. After U2 opened the Sphere and the Eagles set the residency record, Metallica brings heavy metal to the world's most immersive venue. The custom 360° production is being built from scratch — no recycled tour visuals. Early reports suggest the show will incorporate the Sphere's haptic seats and spatial audio in ways no previous artist has attempted.

Tickets went on sale in spring 2026 and the first dates sold out in minutes. The residency extends into November and January 2027. If you can only see one show in Vegas this fall, this is the one.

Barry Manilow at Westgate (Nov 5–14)

The legend continues. Manilow's Westgate residency is the longest-running solo residency in Las Vegas history, and his November run features 10 shows. Mandy, Copacabana, and I Write the Songs never get old in this room.
